Terms of Service

☆ Commissions are OPEN! ☆By ordering a commission from me
you are automatically agreeing to my Terms of ServiceTo order a commission, contact me via my social media/email

I WILL DRAW
• Animals of all species, feral or anthro
• Blood and gore
• Suggestive and NSFW content
• Fandom characters
• Some mecha/robotic elementsI WILL NOT DRAW
• Certain fetishes, ask if unsure
• Mecha characters
• Human and humanoid characters
• Hate content (anything depicting racism, transphobia, or similar)

Payment

• I accept payment on PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App. I take money in USD• All commissions are BASE prices, so if your commission request is complex or if you want added props, I will increase the price of your commission• Your commission will start once the payment has been sent and once you are up next in my queue, which you can check on my Trello• Commissions are refundable after three months of having made payment if the color of the commission hasn't gotten started, or within 24 hours of having made payment• You are free to request changes to a WIP, but drastic changes that take over 10 minutes will be charged

Ordering

• Before you order, please note that my style is inconsistent and I will try to fit a style that I think will go with your character. If you’d like a specific style, feel free to specify!• Please be ready with a clear reference of your character! It can be a small and simple reference as long as it gets the point across of what you want• Please describe as many details as you can on what you would like on your commission. I ask you to at least have an expression in mind

Process

• I will send you a WIP after finishing the sketch and the coloring to ask for your feedback. I will not continue on the commission until I get your approval• I aim to complete your commission within 1-3 weeks, but time varies with the complexity of the commission. Busts take less than a week and reference sheets up to 3 months• Beware that my mental health issues can sometimes keep me from working. However if anything in my life happens that will prolong your commission, I will keep you informed

Artist and Commissioner Rights

• As the artist, I reserve the right to decline any commission for whatever reason• I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion• You may not, under any circumstances, claim my work as your own or edit out my watermark• Only the commissioner may use their commissioned piece for any personal use as they please, unless permitted by the commissionerPlease contact me if you have any questions on any of my social media or my email
